Tuna Casserole

 Ingredients:

  6 oz. (uncooked) whole wheat pasta – I used extra wide noodles

 4 – (4.5 oz) cans  of tuna in light water, drained

 1 – 4oz can of mushrooms

 1 can of 99% fat free cream of celery soup

 1 can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup

4 servings (112 grams) fat free shredded cheese

 

Directions:

Cook pasta noodles according to package; drain.  Mix the pasta noodles and the rest of the ingredients in a oven safe bowl and cook at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until ingredients are heated through and cheese is melted.
