Veggie Oatmeal Pizza!

Found an interesting new way to make pizza – I found the idea for this recipe at ::

Ingredients for the crust –
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 TBSP. ground flax seed
1/4 cup water

Toppings –
1/2 serving hunts reduced sugar spaghetti sauce
2 oz tomato, diced
.5 oz onion, diced
1 serving fat free mozzarella cheese

Mix crust ingredients well and let sit for 5 minutes. Pour into a pre-heated skillet that has been sprayed with pam. Then spray crust with a good coating of pam. Let harden and flip over – it takes about 5 minutes.

Place spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, onion and cheese on top of oatmeal crust.
Reduce heat to low and cover. Let cook for approximately 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and toppings are heated through.

Slide onto plate and enjoy your guilt-free pizza. 😉
