Guilt Free PB Bars

Another one adapted from Busy But Healthy’s – Kristine Fretwell! I love her recipes, they are easy, usually don’t have a lot of ingredients and are very adaptable to what you have on hand at the moment.   Check her out here:

Last night I made myself  some fudge. :)  I used –

27 grams chocoate Gaspari Myofusion

1 tsp unsweetened cocoa

1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter (melted for a few seconds in the microwave.)

2 Tbsp. 8th continent light vanilla soy milk

In a small bowl, mix together the protein powder, cocoa powder, slightly melted peanut butter.  Stir until blended.  Add in almond milk and stir until combined.    Freeze until set – will be about 30 minutes.  Will be hard once it comes out of the freezer, but it thaws quickly.
