Baked Apple Oatmeal – makes 1 serving
20 grams oatmeal
1 serving – No Sugar Added Apple Pie Filling (or use 2 oz. of peeled apples plus some artificial sweetener)
1 whole egg + 3 egg whites
Apple Pie spice to taste
Mix all ingredients in an oven proof bowl.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle more apple pie spice or cinnamon on top to taste.
