Game Day Turkey Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 20 oz. 98% lean ground turkey (weigh cooked)
  • 4.4 oz. tomato
  • 2 servings (56 grams) fat free shredded cheese
  • 3 oz. onion
  • 114 grams (2 pouches of the Wholly Guacamole 100 calorie packs) of guacamole
  • 4 servings (120 grams) fat free sour cream
  • 4 servings salsa (8 TBSP)
  • Baked Scoops 
  • Optional add ons – black olives or any thing else you desire!

 

Directions:

 1. Cook ground turkey over a skillet until no longer pink and drain any excess fat.

2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and cook over medium-low heat until heated through; about 10 minutes. 

3. Enjoy with one serving (28 grams) of Baked Scoops (2protein/22 carbs / 2 fat)!
