Egg White Oatmeal Muffins with Chocolate Sauce

Muffin Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats, 5 egg whites, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 Tbsp. sweetener of your choice.

Pre heat oven to 350. Spray muffin pan. Mix all muffin ingredients in blender. Fill muffin pan 3/4 full. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.

While they are cooking mix up chocolate sauce: Stir 1 Tbsp. cocoa, splash of almond milk. Microwave for 20 seconds.

Add packet truvia (or can use another sweetener that you have on hand) and 1 Tbsp. plain greek yogurt. Spoon over muffins once the muffins have cooled a bit.
