Leg workout using all barbells..well almost! 

  • Barbell Narrow Squats 4 sets x 15 reps
  • Barbell Narrow Front Squats 3 sets x 15,12,10 reps
  • Barbbell Step Ups on a Bench 4 sets x 8 reps
  • Walking Barbell Lunge 3 sets x 20 reps
  • One Legged Barbbell Squat 4 sets x 8 reps
  • Hamstring¬†Curls using¬†stability ball 3 sets x 15 reps
